When to Cancel

Please cancel your appointment as soon as possible if you or anyone in your family has any of the symptoms listed below. 

It is very important that you do not attend your appointment if you or anyone in your household are feeling unwell, are awaiting contagious test results, or have been advised to remain in quarantine.  

We are flexible with the cancellation fee when it comes to illness so please be honest and let us know you are ill.  We are happy to rebook you 5 days after your symptoms have cleared. 

Cough, runny nose, sneezing unrelated to allergies, sore or scratchy throat, fever, vomiting, chills, body aches, upset stomach, loss of smell and/or taste, red/itchy eyes, pink eye.

We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable.  Let us know your masking preferences in advance as we are happy to accommodate.
